Sterling Medical Devices participated in the development of a cardiopulmonary resuscitator system which helps an untrained civilian to administer CPR to a critical patient. The system consists of hardware and software used to monitor the administration of CPR by an untrained civilian. It provides positive and negative feedback to the person administering the CPR to ensure proper use of CPR.

The system design includes robust hardware and software that provided feedback to the user and ensures safe and effective use of the product. The system was submitted for successful 510K submission.
