Chris Bordiuk is the Vice President of Human Resources with Vantage MedTech, where he champions all elements of people and culture to enable the business to grow and be successful in achieving the desired outcomes. Mr. Bordiuk brings advanced expertise in designing and delivering long-term talent solutions that powerfully impact organizational change through performance and process improvement. Over the course of his 20+ year career, he has held a range of roles across the healthcare industry, operating in the domestic, international, and global arenas. He is widely known for his unique ability to create and nurture purpose-driven organizations that empower employees to demonstrate leadership and actively contribute to business success. Passionate about lending his support to the healthcare industry, Mr. Bordiuk can also be found volunteering with the Atlantic Visiting Nurses. He earned his BA in Psychology from Roger Williams University. He has a true passion for working to provide solutions for patients that positively impact their lives.
